Type “about crashes” in the Firefox location bar and tap Enter.

There will be appearing a page listing Submitted Crash Report.

Step 4:

Right click on the latest crash under report ID and choose OPEN LINK IN NEW TAB.

Step 5:

It shows, “YOUR REPORT IS BEING PROCESSED”.

Step 6:

When finished, close all the tabs.

If not opening in safe mode then follow these steps:

Step 1:

Go to the Start menu and press the Windows icon and R key at the same time that is Windows icon+R.

Step 2:

Type “%APPDATA%Mozilla\Firefox\CrashReports\Submitted” with the quotation marks.

Step 3:

Tap the OK button below the typing bar.

Step 4:

There will be appearing a page listing Submitted Crash Report.

Step 5:

Right-click on the latest crash under report ID and choose OPEN LINK IN NEW TAB.

Step 6:

It shows, “YOUR REPORT IS BEING PROCESSED”.

Step 7:

When finished, close all the tabs.
